Good verdict; joins after pumps in his planned expansion sequence.
The range above is an indicative planning figure taken from our own research, not a quotation and not an offer. buytogethr is pre-launch and has closed no pools.
A facade order is an engineered assembly rather than a set of window units: profiles in aluminium, uPVC or steel, a glass make-up, hardware, gaskets and sealants, the anchoring back to the structure, and the installation, all designed against a wind load and a weather performance. Bids vary on the system profile and its structural design, glass thickness, lamination, insulation and coating, hardware make and cycle rating, whether a thermal break is present, and whether performance testing and the structural calculation are inside the scope and signed by someone. The habit that causes most trouble is buying by rate per square metre: two identical rates can carry different profiles, glass and anchoring, and the difference appears in the first monsoon.
Glass, profiles and hardware are commodity inputs that fabricators buy in, so a requirement gathered across several projects gives fabricators a volume none of them reaches alone, and lets a group impose one system specification and one testing regime instead of accepting whatever each supplier proposes. The limit is worth stating plainly: fabrication and installation are local, measured to each building, and do not aggregate. What pools is the system specification, the material supply and the performance standard, so expect the benefit to sit in the material line and in comparability rather than across the whole installed contract.
