Ranked tenth for group-buy potential; high demand, high competition.
The range above is an indicative planning figure taken from our own research, not a quotation and not an offer. buytogethr is pre-launch and has closed no pools.
The package is fabricated stainless equipment plus the services that make it usable: the cooking line, preparation and wash counters, pot wash and dishwashing, the cold side, and the exhaust hood with grease filters, ductwork, fan and make-up air. Bids vary on stainless grade and gauge for tops, undershelves and legs, on whether joints are welded and ground or riveted, on burner ratings and gas train components, on hood face velocity and filter type, and on whether ducting, gas piping, electrical points and drainage gullies are inside the quote or become variations later. The common failure is buying equipment before the layout and exhaust design are settled, so hood, gas and drainage are retrofitted, and specifying the cooking line by piece count rather than by menu throughput at peak covers.
This one pools less cleanly than the plant categories, and the correspondence says as much: high potential, but high competition. Fabrication is largely local and every kitchen layout is bespoke, so the drawing cannot be shared between properties the way a pump model can. What does pool is the bought-out content, refrigeration, dishwashers, hoods, fans, gas trains and branded cooking equipment, together with a fabrication rate per running foot against one common stainless specification. Treated that way, a pool sets the specification and the rate schedule and each property applies them to its own layout, rather than pretending the kitchens are identical.
